Refund Policy

1. Overview

EdSoft (PTY) LTD offers automatic refunds for eligible module purchases. We believe in our content and want you to feel confident purchasing. This policy applies to all paid modules purchased through the EdSoft platform at edsoft.org.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will be approved automatically when both of the following are true:

• The module was purchased less than 90 days ago, and
• You have completed less than 20% of the module content

If either condition is not met, the purchase is considered used and a refund will not be issued.

3. Free Modules

Free modules do not involve a financial transaction and no monetary refund is applicable. No payment information is required to access a free module.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refunds can be requested directly from your account:

1. Log in to your EdSoft account at edsoft.org
2. Navigate to My Account → Purchases
3. Select the module you wish to refund
4. Click Request Refund

If you are unable to request a refund through your account, contact us at info@edsoft.org with your account email and order reference and we will process it manually.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed automatically. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. The amount will typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, access to the module is removed from your account.

6. Non-Eligible Purchases

A refund will not be issued if:

• More than 90 days have passed since the purchase date
• You have completed 20% or more of the module content
• The purchase was made in violation of our Terms of Service
• The account has been suspended or terminated due to misuse

7. Disputes

If you believe your refund request was incorrectly declined, please contact us at info@edsoft.org with your account email and order reference. We aim to review and respond within 3 business days.
